As custodians of peace and security in the community, Traditional rulers should carry their people along and discharge their duties according to the laws of the land.  The Enugu state commissioner for chieftaincy matters. Barr. Emeka Okeke disclosed this while presenting certificate of recognition to two  elected traditional rulers of Okomigbo mpu community in Aninri LGA and Adani community in Uzouwani LGA of Enugu state.  “ Having a Traditional ruler is not easy. It is a long process. But when it comes to this point. It is said to be completed. We have gone for verification to each of the communities to confirm what you did and we wrote our report and recommendation.  On the strength of that His Excellency                The Governor of Enugu state Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has given his recognition to the two traditional rulers.     “This marks the final endorsement of Igwe Cletus Udechukwu as traditional ruler of Okomigbo Mpu community in Aninri LGA.                                 

Enugu State Government has performed ground breaking ceremony for construction of court houses in  Nsukka judicial division.      While giving assurance of his commitment to ensure repositioning of the judiciary by Enugu state government.
